Comparing both the devices it is sad that 5C wont run on the latest A7 processor but on A6.Both the devices have similar specs and runs on the latest IOS 7 which has really brilliant features.
Concluding both phones are pretty good and available with certain colors as listed above and also comes with faster processors but where as 5C runs on A6 which is already loaded in iPhone 5.
Coming to the price there is no confirmation of the price of these devices in India but as looking in USD converting them to INR it is priced bit more than the predecessor.
