Motorola's smartphone,Moto X having new kitkat update may release this week.

Dennis Woodside,Motorola’s CEO,is tracing up the new moto x with high qualitative version beyond kitkat, and going to make a event for new moto x . According to ceo,within this week  moto x may release with new android kitkat 4.4 update,we cant easily belive this matter that its gonna release this week, nor how the updates will roll out. 

Will we look for all carriers to fall in line at the same time or will it trickle out over different providers. We’ll be watching this over the next few days or weeks to see if Motorola provides more details. According to him, the ROM should update features such as Touchless Control, Active Display, Camera and home screen selector on Moto X phone.

Other features from Android 4.4 KitKat like Hangouts with SMS, new keyboard and more are standard on the ROM. Google Experience home launcher having swipe from left to access Google Now feature isn't available on the ROM as of now but an installer can be found online.

Status bar on the Android 4.4 KitKat ROM remains blue-themed from Android ICS/Jelly Bean original colour scheme instead of the default white on the LG Nexus 5. The member also reminds those who wanted to get the firmware that it is still a test build which contains bugs and possible bricking if flashed incorrectly.
